Because the tutorials are digital knowledge products with replicability and instant delivery characteristics, once purchased and access activated, there are no refunds or changes without reason, and the transaction takes effect immediately.

 

II. Non-Refundable Situations

 

* Successfully Activated Tutorial: After order payment is completed, the system displays "Purchase Successful" and "Tutorial Activated," and the user can normally access and learn the tutorial content.

 

* Incorrect Information Selection: The user incorrectly selected the tutorial type (e.g., mistakenly selecting "Douyin E-commerce" instead of "Taobao Operation") or entered incorrect account information (e.g., binding an account not belonging to the user), resulting in the tutorial being delivered to the wrong account.

 

* Tutorial Already Used: The user has watched video tutorials, downloaded text and image materials, participated in practical guidance, etc., or the tutorial content has been partially/fully learned and used.

 

* **Purchase Regret:** Due to personal reasons such as changes in plans or cancellation of learning needs, you no longer wish to use the purchased tutorials.

 

* **Expired and Unused:** The tutorials have a clearly defined effective learning period (e.g., "1 year from the date of purchase"). Due to the user's own reasons, the tutorials were not used within the validity period, resulting in the expiration of access.

III. Refundable Situations The following situations can be addressed by contacting customer service. The platform will handle the matter at its discretion:

 

* **Duplicate Payment for the Same Order:** Due to system delays, operational errors, etc., the same tutorial order was paid for repeatedly, and multiple learning permissions were not activated.

 

* **Our/Technical Failure:** Due to platform system failures, server issues, or abnormal delivery links, the tutorials were not activated after payment, and the content could not be viewed normally.

 

* **Incorrect Product Information:** The tutorial content (e.g., course chapters, applicable platforms), service period, and actual delivered content do not match the information stated on the platform, affecting normal learning and use.

 

• Other situations requiring refunds under legal regulations: Situations where a mandatory refund is required according to national laws, regulations, and relevant regulatory requirements.

 

IV. Refund Process

 

1. Application Timeframe: A refund application must be submitted to customer service through the designated channels within 24 hours of discovering the problem. Failure to do so will affect the review process.

 

2. Required Documents: The following supporting documents must be provided to customer service: order number (which can be found in "My Orders"), linked learning account, a detailed description of the problem (e.g., tutorial not activated, incorrect content sent), and relevant screenshots (e.g., order payment voucher, screenshots of inaccessible tutorial pages).

 

3. Review and Refund: Customer service will review the application and materials within 1-7 business days. Upon approval, the refund will be processed via the original payment method. The specific arrival time depends on the rules of the third-party payment platforms such as Alipay and WeChat Pay.
